Downing Streets New Budget Live Webcast Hailed A Success

Downing Street’s New ‘Budget Live’ Webcast Hailed a Success

More than a quarter of a million people have now watched the livestream of the Budget

The official Budget Live stream has been praised a success after attracting more than a quarter of a million viewers on Wednesday.

HMT’s Head of Communications, Sarah Wheatley said:

“This Budget was about delivering for the people of the UK and helping to level up our economy, it was important to make sure it was accessible to everyone.”

People were also able to submit their questions via social media during the event, which were then put to the Chancellor as part of the webcast.

The livestream is the latest in a series of initiatives launched by the Treasury to make the Budget more accessible to people.

In 2017, the Treasury launched a Budget app, which provides users with easy access to the latest Budget news and documents.

And in 2018, the Treasury launched a Budget chatbot, which allows users to ask questions about the Budget using natural language.

These initiatives have all been designed to make it easier for people to understand and engage with the Budget.

And they are part of the Treasury’s wider commitment to transparency and accountability.

The Budget Live webcast was produced by a team of Treasury officials and broadcast professionals.

The team worked tirelessly to ensure that the webcast was accessible to as many people as possible.

The Budget Live webcast was broadcast on the Treasury’s website, as well as on social media platforms such as YouTube and Facebook.

The Treasury also worked with a range of organisations to promote the webcast, including the National Literacy Trust and the Money Advice Service.

The Budget Live webcast is a significant step forward in making the Budget more accessible to people.

It is clear that the Treasury is committed to transparency and accountability, and this webcast is a testament to that commitment.
